Dispatch times, courier options and delivery fees for Vitaglow orders in South Africa.

Dispatch

Most orders are dispatched in 1 to 3 business days after your EFT payment has cleared. Health Axis products take up to 7 days to ship. You will receive a tracking number by email or WhatsApp.

Delivery

Standard courier: R200 on every order. Usually 2 to 4 business days after dispatch.

Outlying and rural areas may take longer. We deliver within South Africa only.

Packaging

Orders are packed discreetly and securely. [Describe cold-pack or insulated packaging if used.]

Receiving your parcel

Please check your parcel on delivery. If it is damaged, take photos and contact us within 48 hours.
